"Tests of Modell Effects" vs. "Parameter Estimates" in GEE

Hi everybody,

Can someone explain to me the difference between "Tests of Modell Effects" and "Parameter Estimates" when using a GEE? What does it mean when a "Modell Effect" is significant but the correspondig "Parameter Estimates" are not significant?
