Travelling license manager returns error 75

hi, SPSS works fine when the computer is connected to the company network. Trying to get a travelling license returns an error 75. License manager is configured properly, on the local computer all path and directory read/write privileges are checked (see: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21481430). De-activation of firewalls and virus scanner does not help. SPSS support does not respond for a year now.
Any ideas?
