Not 100% sure, but I think you are talking about Tukey-Kramer HSD test.
You can find it in SPSS under the name Tukey-HSD.

I have read a paper that does this and uses Tukey's k test. Does anyone know if this test can be performed in SPSS and if so how? I have not been able to locate a reference for it through the Help menu. Other searches haven't been much use either so any advice or suggestions are most welcome.
