Tukey's HSD with unequal n

I know that, in past versions of SPSS, the program has defaulted to the
Tukey-Kramer test when Tukey's HSD has been requested and the sample
sizes are unequal. I also know that, in SPSS 15.0, the harmonic mean of
the sample sizes is used for the homogeneous subsets. However, I wanted
to find out if the pairwise comparisons still default to the
Tukey-Kramer test in the current version.
