Tukey's HSD test is used to make all pairwise comparisons among the means of k independent
groups of (independent) subjects/observations (with k GE 3). What you describe sounds like several scores for 4 different individuals. Please provide more detail. E.g., are the several scores from several different treatments or conditions?
