Urgent help: any changes made to working file have been lost error message.

I keep on receiving this error message, preventing me from functioning normally any work on SPSS.
Any advice is highly appreciated. I really need your help. Thank you~~~

Any changes made to the working file since 4-NOV-2011 09:26:04 have been
lost. The time now is 09:30:04.
