I tried to fudge a simple 2 circle Venn using GPL and didn't get it to work
very well because GPL's layout manager was intervening. I'm pretty sure that
you'll find some simple graphics programs to do it online. Doesn't take much
data to do it-2x2 matrix of counts.

Is it possible to create Venn Diagrams in Spss? GPL would be nice.
I find it very informative to show the amount of overlap between various
matched datasets, e.g., records unique to Data A, records unique to Data B,
common records in A and B, etc.
