Version 20 erratic application of graph templates

Ian Martin-2
Version 20 for me has been mostly an improvement in stability over V.19, but graph templates (.sgt) remain a problem.

I've spent quite a long time customizing a graph, with text annotations, reference lines, carefully chosen colours and symbols, and saved it as a template, yet when applying that template in a new graph with a new dependent variable, a bunch of settings are overridden.  Even if I uncheck the y-axis label box when saving the template, it sometimes uses the label from the custom graph. Plot symbol and error bar colours are routinely lost.

And still no option for confidence ellipses in scatter plots, despite years of asking for what was a trivial option in SYSTAT --  15 years ago!

Are others having similar problems with V.20 graphs?

regards,
Ian

John Fiedler
I had a problem with V20 not maintaining the aspect ratio of geo maps.
Never did get it resolved.
