I am trying to use the visualization designer and this is the message I get:
Visualization Designer could not read the SPSS Statistics data file. Please ensure the SPSS Statistics data file driver is installed. If it is, you may need to configure the port number. Refer to the online help for more information.
[IBM SPSS][Statistics Data File JDBC Driver]TCP/IP error, connection refused.
