Hi everyone,
For my research I have to look at the difference between someone's self-rated performance and his/her peer-rated performance (how his/her team members look at his/her performance). Both self-rated and peer-rated performance are scale measures. I have to do this analysis for six different groups of people.
Does any know how I should do this?
