Where can I download the trans python module?

I try to run the trans module on spss 17.0, as described in the data management guide.  Apparently the module is not installed with the python module ( ImportError: No module named trans) Does anyone know where I can find it (yes I know it should be on the Developer Central, and yes I know how to use the search engine, but I cannot find it).

The module is on Developer Central (www.spss.com/devcentral).  trans.py is not installed by default – only a few of the many modules there are - but you can find it in the Downloads section.  Click single-page view and scroll down.  The items are in alphabetical order.
