And I don't mean the cursing when SPSS hiccups
or fails for
some non-obvious reason or when you've been
analyzing a dataset
for 24+ hours. Apparently Microsoft
Office 2013 will use the
voice recognition program Cortina to
activate/control the programs,
especially if one wants to do data analysis in
Excel (which has
been either working out or is on
steroids). Here's a link to an
article on the PC World website that claims
that Cortina can be
used with Excel to do data
analysis:
I can see this working out really well in
college computer labs. ;-)
So, will it be just a matter of time before
SPSS gets a voice
recognition interface to make data analysis
even "faster and
easier!"?
If so, I want the voice to sound like Scarlett
