I purchased SPSS 22 and I can't get it to load. I have shut done the firewalls and it still doesn't load. I have unistalled and reinstalled as the administrator, and it still doesn't work. The message:
attempt to connect to a remote server failed inet:Local computer:0
Keeps coming up and then another screen comes up Servin Login: local computer.
OMG this is driving me nuts. I searched the internet. This is not just my problem but the firewall is not the issue. IBM told me to reinstall as the administrator and then told me to go away. Terrible service.
Can anyone help. Papers to write.
