I have a dataset with 2 periods and 4 treatments, i would like to get a table and or a graph for the proportional increase or decrease due to the treatment.
Example
period treatment response
1 1 10
1 2 11
1 3 11
1 4 13
1 1
1 2
1 3
1 4
2 1
2 2
2 3
2 4
2 1
2 2
2 3
2 4
Now the idea is to get a table or a graph with the calculated proportional increase or decrease for every treatment that is for treatment 1:
(av treatment 1 period 2 - av treatment 1 period 1)/ av treatment 1 period 1
