1) is using Sax Basic on the backend - there are a number (or used to be) of
Sax Basic scripts on the SPSS website for doing things like cycling through
output (pivot tables) - you'll need to indentify pivot table, identify cell
and then change the style of the cell you are interested in by the sounds of
it
(at one point I had a script I was playing with that allowed me to change
colours of text etc -
The problem I had with this script was selecting cells based on row
labelling - column labelling
if recollection serves - was fairly easy - I think this had to do with the
specifics of how I use labelling
and you might not have the same problems)
MY guess is that Python (but if you are V12 might not be available) would
likley be the way to go -
but I havnt got there yet either

I want to know how to change separate lines in pivot tables (especially
frequency labels). I need the median and his score in bold letters.
