complex sample NHANES

swoods
Hello all!
I'm a Public Health PhD student attempting to utilize SPSS to analyze the
NHANES dataset. In order to apply the NHANES weights, I was instructed to
use the "complex sample" feature in SPSS v 26.
From there, I use the following variables:

sdmvstra=strata
sdmvpsu=cluster
wtmec2yr=sample weight
Then click Next
"WR Sampling with replacement" is selected, but unchecked "use finite
population correction."
Here's the syntax:

* Analysis Preparation Wizard.
CSPLAN ANALYSIS
  /PLAN FILE='/Users/sueannwoods/NHANES_dissertation.csaplan'
  /PLANVARS ANALYSISWEIGHT=WTMEC2YR
  /SRSESTIMATOR TYPE=WR
  /PRINT PLAN
  /DESIGN STRATA=SDMVSTRA CLUSTER=SDMVPSU
  /ESTIMATOR TYPE=WR.

However, anytime I try and use that complex sample plan, it gives the
"pop-up" error message ("The joint probability file will be ignored because
the plan doesn't request unequal probability WOR estimation"). I can click
"ok" and it will allow me to proceed, but I'm assuming that output that is
generated is not accurate.

Alternately, when I use the same variables as above and choose sampling WOR,
the output viewer gives the following error message:

(Warnings. One or more strata or cluster variables found in the sample file
do not exist in the joint inclusion probabilities file.
Execution of this command stops.)

Thank you so much for taking the time to read through this. I am so grateful
if you have any ideas or advice!
