could someone help talk me through a spss program

is there someone who would be kind enough to help talk me through a program.I think I have looked at it too long and I am now lost.I know if you know spss you will be able to explain it quickly as I know a little about the program

Just want to thank everyone for your help,I knew it was something easy but couldnt find how to do it.Once someone told me it took about 2 minutes.
