I am trying to find covariates and fixed effect to a genetic lineal model, I have different traits measured in different ages (days), now I want to choice covariates for this traits using measurements in diferents ages (days), do you know if is biologically correct use covariate of measurements in diferents ages or I have to Adjust this traits to differents ages, and how I could make?
