Hello Eins...

Your responses are repeated in time? Siegel and Castellan refer to
this test as similar to ANOVA for binary data.
Reliability for a binary responses is analysed by Kappa....
In SPSS is the menu: Analyze - Descriptive - crosstabs - statistics...
