does any one knows how to put 2 decimals numbers in the outputs of the
frequencies command?

Change the format of the variable to 2 decimals before ordering the table.
This is done manually in the Variable View of the Data Editor, or through
syntax through the FORMATS command. There are several possible formats, such
as F (for general), COMMA (for thousands separated by commas), DOLLAR
(dollar sign plus commas). Examples: Suppose your full figure is
12345.42311.
FORMATS varname (F8.2).  Result example: 12345.42
FORMATS varname (COMMA8.2).  Result example: 12,345.42
FORMATS varname (DOLLAR8.2). Result example: $12,345.42
FORMATS varneme (PCT8.2). Result example: 1234542.31%
(the latter is probably not applicable to this example: use for fractions
like 0.1234562, resulting in 12.34%.)
You can also adjust decimals afterwards, double clicking on the table to
enter Edit mode, then select relevant cells, display menu with right mouse
button and choose Cell Properties to increase or decrease decimals in the
selected cells.
