error accessing excel file

I see that someone else has posted the issue in the past but I haven’t found an answer in the archive or elsewhere online.

 

I can open other excel files into spss statistics, but this one file, and I cannot see what makes it different, even if I save it with a different name, gives me this error. Stating that it is already open. I’ve even logged off of my computer, and come back to the file and got the same error message.

 

Any ideas?
