error when starting SPSS21: com.pasw.core.util.CFTempFileUtils (initialization failure)

I installed spss 21 about a week ago. After a few days I started to get the message com.pasw.core.util.CFTempFileUtils (initialization failure) each time I startup spss. After that: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError, so it has to do with Java (Java is a beautiful island. I propose sending the developers of Java to there, together with all the scrap that they developed, and forbid them to ever come back).

With google I don´t find any references to this problem. I reintstalled spss, but the problem remains. Does anyone know what happens?

I am having the same problem. I know it is 3 years later but can you recall how you solved this problem?
