exporting data variable view grid with custom attributes

hi -- i'm trying to export the variable view grid into excel after we have added a series of custom attributes

i can get the default view (no custom attributes) by just display file information and i also can get custom attributes on a  variable by variable basis and the manipulate the file in Excel to get it back to a summary grid format but i'm hoping to produce the summary grid directly from SPSS syntax -- can anyone help on this?
