finding Cluster member ship accuracy

sreeharishm
Hi I finished doing Hierarchical clustering, where I opted for a single solution containing 2 clusters only. Now, I have the clustermembership table but Can anyone please tell me how can I use this information for calculating clustering efficiency of Hierarchical method. Thanks a lot SreeHarish.M

Hi,

CLUSTER  var1 to var10
  /SAVE CLUSTER(2) .

(of course, the options in the command must be the same as you used during the analyses - here is the simplest version only)

Best regards,

Jan

Re: finding Cluster member ship accuracy

sreeharishm
Hi
Can you please elaborate on finding the accuracy of hierarchical clustering on a data set? Is it achievable through the menus present in SPSS? Actually, my work requires doing hierarchical clustering for training and test data sets.
Help appreciated
Thanks in advance
