I wondering if someone knows if the z-test formula for proportions
difference in SPSS 19 crosstabs cells is just the large n aproximation to
the normal distribuituion:
Z=(p1-p2)/sqrt(phat*qhat/n)
where phat is the common estimate of p1hat and p2hat.
I could not find it in SPSS Algorithms 19.
