algorithms and other documentation [was Re: hello two step cluster]

Alex Reutter
The algorithms are included in the Statistics product help at Help > Algorithms.

They are also available online through the information center (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/spssstat/v20r0m0/index.jsp -- bookmark this URL), at Help > Algorithms in the table of contents in the left pane.  NOTE: the information center has the documentation for all options in v20, so you may see help for features that you don't have installed on your system.

If you prefer PDFs of algorithms, again go to the information center and look for the link to "Installation instructions and manuals" under Getting Started in the right pane.

If you're a Modeler user, that product now has an information center (http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/spssmodl/v15r0m0/index.jsp) for v15.  The algorithms are not part of the Modeler help system, and are only available as a PDF.

Cheers,
Alex
