Googled: “how to apa cite spss syntax manual”

 

I’ve got 17 so it would look like this:

 

SPSS Inc. (2009). PASW STATISTICS 17.0 Command Syntax Reference. SPSS Inc., Chicago

 

For 18 you’ll have IBM SPSS Inc. whatever date etc.
