how to convert ICD 10 codes?

I need to convert ICD-10 codes into the actual disease names associated with
each code.  I am looking for a syntax file or suggestions to that can be
used with SPSS.

You can download a full list of ICD-10 codes with their associated
disease from:

ftp://ftp.cdc.gov/pub/Health_Statistics/NCHS/Publications/ICD10/

You can then turn the word file into an SPSS file with the code and
description, and match this reference file to your dataset.

I am sending you privately such file (but only with main ICD-10 codes,
without subcategories like A00.1...).
