I suspect ARIMA I believe it would be in the Forecasting addin might be what you are looking for. It used to be called Trends. You might want to read up on ARIMA models in the stats literature. If you don't have that under your belt then understanding Interrupted TS might be a far fetched proposition.

David is correct - the tool for Intervention Analysis is ARIMA. This type of analysis is also commonly referred to as Intervention Analysis. A step by step guide for SPSS can be found at
