mainframe question

Has anyone ever encountered this error message:

 

not enough blocks.

 

It occurs when changing SPSS programs. I was wondering if it is lack of
space locally or SPSS issue.

I use sas and do not get that error message.

What mainframe platform are you running on?
e.g., IBM 3090, CDC000, DEC20?  Some dialect of Unix?  MVS, VMS, Open ALpha?
