mixed model interaction effects

Paola Chivers-2
HI,

I'm getting some strange results (probably my interpretation of the results)
in a linear mixed model.

I have ID variable with repeated measures (time).

Dependent variable1

Factors: variable 2, variable 3

Covariate: time

When I run a model with variable 2 (sig), variable 3 (sig), variable2*time
(sig), variable3*time (sig) the variable 3 parameter estimates seem wrong.
If I just run the model with just the main effects(no interactions), the
parameter estimates for variable 3 seem sensible.

Any ideas?

Regards,

Paola
