Hello to everybody!
I would appreciate if anyone could help me with my problem. I have data for 10 countries and for 8 years. My dependent variable is the labor force participation, which I want to estimate, mainly, using as independent variable the health status. I have calculated my variables, used a probit model and corrected my results for selectivity and heteroscedasticity. But my professor advised me to use a fixed effects probit model or correct the usual probit model using the "Mundlak correction" method (I can provide anyone interested with a short description of the latter method). Does anyone know how I can do that with SPSS, or even STATA?
Thank you for your time!
Dimitris.
