This may not be what you are looking for, but in Minitab, you can save the worksheet (data) in an Excel format which SPSS/PASW can read. You will have to re-run in SPSS any charts you want because they don't transfer.
In Minitab:
--> FILE --> SAVE CURRENT WORKSHEET AS
In the SAVE AS TYPE pull-down menu, select an Excel format.
In SPSS,
--> FILE --> OPEN --> DATA
In the FILES OF TYPE drop-down menu, select Excel.
