multi-stage sampling

Dear all,
 
R regions are selected at random from the 16 regions.  Then, from each selected region, d districts are selected at random. Then from each selected district a number of schools proportional to the number of schools for each district are selected at random. I would be  pleased and thankful if someone would share their syntax using the SPSS complex samples.

The syntax might help but it would be more helpful if you simply follow the
sample design screens to make sure all appropriate files are generated and
based on your specific specifications.
