(Multinomial probit model releases the assumption of Independence of Irrelevant Alternatives which is the prerequisite for multinomial logit model)

Hi Kirill.  As you no doubt discovered, it appears to be impossible using GENLIN.  But for GENLINMIXED, the FM states that PROBIT can be used as the link function for an ordinal, but not for a nominal multinomial error distribution.  HTH.
