Spam is in fact forbidden in this list, therefore, if YOU are reported, you will be banned from the list. If you did not send the mail, then it is not only a problem of spam, but, probably, a virus o trojan of some sort has infected, either your computer, or someone else's that belongs to your circle of acquaintances. The virus is taking all the email addresses it can find and sending those spam messages, sometimes forging the sender' address (that's why I say that it might be other computer, not yours, the one that's infected). Assuming it is your computer (most likely) the one that has been hijacked by spammers, you should take actions, like running several online antimalware utilities on your computer. This problem happens more often than you think, because spammers find it is safer to massively infect other people's computers to use them as mail senders than risk their own computers and identities. I can imagine you saying: "this is not happening to me, because I am using (write the name of your antivirus here), and I update it regularly". Well, I have some experience on cleaning relatives' computers infected with nasty bugs that had an antivirus installed, antivirus that clearly failed. Google a bit, and you will find a lot of useful links: to online antivirus, free virus cleaning tools, portable antimalware software... Good luck.
