Dear All,

We face also printing problems with spss 16.0.2 (apr 10, 2008).
1st: Users having only user privileges on the XP are not able to define and set print options by using spss.
(The way around was to copy the printer and set the printing preferences by using windows. So they have to printers on screen for the same machine, but with different settings.)

2nd: Some similar is true for users with user privileges, the help bottom under the procedures does not return the tutorial "movie" e.g.  >analyze >classify >hierarchical cluster. This is true for all statistical functions. However, it works fine and without problems if the user has administrator rights on XP. Our IT does not agree to give every spss-user administrator rights. Can someone propose another solution?
