hello, I hope u re fine , i need answer about multinomial logistic regression , the question is i have independent variable sites (9 categories) and dependent (Nutritoion) (5 categories) , which adjusted by gender , when i run multinomial logistic regression the out put is :
There are 6 (11.1%) cells (i.e., dependent variable levels by subpopulations) with zero frequencies.
There is possibly a quasi-complete separation in the data. Either the maximum likelihood estimates do not exist or some parameter estimates are infinite.
The NOMREG procedure continues despite the above warning(s). Subsequent results shown are based on the last iteration. Validity of the model fit is uncertain.
this the first question what can I do ?
the second is , i dont understand what's the meaning of the subpopulation?
the third is : in parameter table , there wasnot Exp(B) value for site 9 and for my study i need odds ratio for 9 sites
and i want to ask whats the meaning of Male to female ratio of 30:70 and how can do it ?
