When using OMS/Output Management System to copy a crosstab
table into an SPSS datafile, the percentages that have been created in the crosstab
table are copied without a variable type. When I try to change the blank
variable type to “Numeric”, I get a message saying “variables
of this type can only be changed via syntax”. Does anyone know a way to
make the percentage figures go directly into the SPSS datafile created in OMS?
The syntax looks like this:
