repeated measures analysis question

Hello,

I would like to conduct a repeated measures analysis in SPSS with a
dichotomous DV measured at three time points, and a continuous predictor
(and a dichotomous covariate). I did not see a clear way to do repeated
measures analyses in logisitic regression in SPSS. I had done similar
repeated measures analysis using GLM with a continuous predictor and
continuous DV simply by including my predictor as a covariate in the model.
However, a dichotomous DV would violate the assumptions of the GLM model so
I was wondering how I might do these analyses in SPSS with a dichotomous DV
measured at several time points.

Hi Inna..with SPSS v. 15 you can now use the Generalized Linear Models option (comes with the Adv Stats modules) and the GENLIN optionsallows for models such as yours to be tested via Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE)..............dale
