repeated measures with post hoc

Rusyniak, Daniel E
I am a newby to SPSS and am trying to do a simple repeated measures
ANOVA experiment. I have a group of animals whom I am measuring
temperaure over time. I have 6 time points. I would like to do a
repeated measures ANOVA comparison with a Dunnetts Post hoc comparing
each time point to the baseline. SPSS doesn't seem to offer a Dunnett's
as a post hoc analysis. Is their anyway to have SPSS do this.

thanks

If I understand this, the GLM REPEATED procedure will ask for a BETWEEN SUBJECTS FACTOR prior to you selecting a POST HOC analysis...you could run a simple ANOVA with TEMP being the dependent variable and TIME being the INDEPENDENT (factor) variable and then select DUNNETTS POST HOC...

ONEWAY
  TEMP BY TIME
  /MISSING ANALYSIS
  /POSTHOC = DUNNETT (1) ALPHA(.05).
