From your description you could try SPLIT FILE on PATIENT which would give you a graph per patient and if you generate a template they should all be the same.

Dear all,
I have more than 100 patients and I need to create the same graph for every patients. The scale of the values are very different - so I cannot panel by row to have something visually meaningful.
Does SPSS syntax has a loop structure for this kind of task. Does anybody know?
