Hi List,
My work has licensed SPSS ver 16. I'm still usiing 14, but have been told
to switch to 16 because we no longer have a site license for 14. With all
the traffic on this listserv about 16 I'm a little reluctant to try it
because there seem to be so many problems; but I have another whine: the
onscreen 'look' of 16 is entirely different than 14 (we never had 15 so I
don't know what it looked like).
I only had a couple of minutes to try some stuff on 16 and found it lreally
aborious since I couldn't locate the functions I wanted. Is there a way to
switch 16 to make it have the former versions appearance?? This may sound
pretty stupid to sone of you, but those of us who used WordPerfectand had to
switch to Word overnight will recall that Microsoft offerend the option for
users to see and use WordPerfect maneuvers to make the switch easier. I
used it until I began to feel comfortable with Word..
