seeking help in viewing output labels in an alphabetical order

thara vardhan-2
Dear List Members

Can any member teach me how to generate output tables with the value
labels in an Alphabetical order please? My data set is provided by
consultants who have given a numeric code to various areas. I have added
the value labels in a syntax file.

I have a numeric variable by name POLREGX with value labels as

VALUE LABELS POLREGX
6'Albury'
7'Ashfield & Marrickville'
8 'Bankstown '
9 'Barrier '
10'Barwon '
11'Blacktown'
12'Blue Mountains'
13'Botany Bay '
14'Brisbane Waters & Tuggerah Lakes'
15'Burwood '
16'Fairfield & Cabramatta '
17'Camden '
18'Campbelltown & Macquarie Fields'
19'Campsie'
20'Canobolas'

I need to generate the output data in an alphabetical order.

Any help is much appreciated.

thanks
regards
