Thanks for your reply. I was trying to create a single file with both
organisation and person victims. I need the records in a single file
because I need to identify records that have both an organisation and
person victims (there are many of those in my file). The incident ref
number is the key variable.
What I realised after sending my question to the list is that i need to
add the cases rather than match the two files. Richard Ristow was kind
enough to point this out in his reply to my question.
