seeking help with matching two files - thanks

Hi Richard

Thank you so much for your reply. After I had sent my question to the list
I realised that I have to add the cases to get one file with all records.
I have done that and created one file. Using  the variable "involvement
status" I will then select the records I have to retain for each Incref
number.
