setting of paper format

Hi All

Just found out (via SPSS technical support) that printing paper format
setting is fixed to "letter" and must be changed every time I need to
print :-)) Well fine for US users, but any suggestions for the European
users ???

Soren,

We use both letter and A4 at Queue in different printers, and when I'm
changing printer the settings in SPSS changes. I'm using SPSS 15. It seems
to me as this settings run with the printer, can you explain the problem a
little bit further and I will try to help you.

Hi Wilhelm and others

Thanks for your comments and sorry for specifying the version. Yes things
are fine with version 15 - I am using version 16 (including all the
patches) and since I changed I have had massive problems with printing (I
had an issue a couple of days ago concerning the very long printing time
of simple text output from the viewer - SPSS is working on that problem
right now, but I haven't heard of any solutions :-((
