spss 19 Help system

I am using a single user version, not a network version. When I go to Help,

SPSS goes to the following site

 

http://127.0.0.1:65179/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.spss.statistics.help/overvw_auto_0.htm

 

Is this by design? What if you are running SPSS and do not have a link to the web?

Disconnect your computer from the internet and find out. ;-)

It's not going to a web site. It's going to a help file on your local computer.
