It would help if you gave some more info, such as:
1. Where are you located?
2. What is your field of study?
3. What is your specific research question?
4. What types of analyses are you intending to use?
5. How much training in statistics have you had?
6. How much experience do you have with SPSS specifically?
7. Do you have money to pay a tutor?
8. Are you expecting the tutor to help you understand how to do the analyses yourself, or to do them for you? (From your wording, I assume the former.)
That's all I can think of right now. Others might have some other questions.
Re question 8, I think most regulars on this list would not be inclined to simply do the analyses for a student working on a higher degree.
