Hi Alexandra,

You can make shelf tests in Sawtooth Software. Here is a link that might give a hint of what can be done within Sawtooth.

About the exposure and the time until respondent pick any product, I think it can be done through some scripting, calculating the time between the page loads and some event on the page loaded.
